Below are members of the S.U.R.G.E. program at the Denver CountyJail. S.U.R.G.E. stands for Seeking Understanding Reaching Goals Everyday. The work with and mentor the anti-recidivism team including with incoming offenders to work on using their time in prison effectively, to get out and stay out. They donated money and artwork to the Boulder community in the aftermath of the incident.
